Reasons for Return: CraftEstate allows returns if you receive a damaged or defective product, a product significantly different from what was purchased, or a package missing one or more products or accessories.
Conditions for Return: To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

If a return request is not initiated within 7 days of receipt for eligible products, CraftEstate will not be liable to accept the return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Returns for such products will be processed as follows:
Cancellation of Return Request: A return request can be canceled by contacting CraftEstate Customer Care. If the logistics provider arrives for pick-up and you choose not to return, inform them accordingly.
Refusal of Return Request: CraftEstate reserves the right to refuse or cancel return requests. If a return is disallowed as per the policy, no refund will be processed. The decision of CraftEstate will be final.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by CraftEstate: CraftEstate may cancel orders for the following reasons:
Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. After shipment, cancellation is not permitted.
To cancel an order post-delivery (within 7 days), customers can contact CraftEstate Customer Care or cancel through their account on the website, stating the reason.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful cancellation. CraftEstate reserves the right to accept or reject cancellations.
Refund Policy:
Refund Process: Refunds are provided for eligible cancellations and returns. A full refund will be processed for canceled or successfully returned products.
For returns, the refund is initiated after the returned product is received and passes quality checks. Refunds will include the product cost, taxes, and shipping charges (if applicable).
Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1–10 business days after verification, depending on the banking/payment channel.
Interest charged by banks on EMI payments until cancellation/return requests are raised will not be refunded.
